Your price
Two homes on the same street can price differently. Send your address, and we price what we will actually light:
You get one firm price for each package, not a range, so you can choose the look and know the cost before you book.
We own the lights and lease them to you for the season, so there is nothing to buy, store or untangle. A 50% deposit books your install date, and the balance is due at install. In January we take everything down and store it, ready for next season. How takedown and storage work ↗ How the lease works ↗
It is worth it if you would rather not buy bulbs, clips, cords and timers, work a ladder in a wet Portland November, replace what fails in December and store it all in January. A professional install folds all of that into one price, from $999, with repairs by the next evening and January takedown included.

Price my homeHow it works
Four steps, and the only one that takes your time is the first, because we handle the rest.
Use the form, or call or text, because your address is all we need to price your home.
Then we text you a firm price the same day, with a mockup of your home lit.
A 50% deposit then holds your install date in writing, and the balance is due at install.
We then install, walk the lit house with you and text you a night photo. Finally, in January we take it all down and store it.

With Portland Christmas Lighting, Classic starts at $999, Signature at $1,799 and Estate at $3,500, for homes in Portland, Lake Oswego and West Linn. You pay for the whole season, not just the hanging: the design, the lights, installation, repairs by the next evening, and January takedown and storage.
Some installers quote by the foot or by the hour. We price each home as one firm number by package, set by the length of the roofline, the stories and peaks, and any trees we wrap. The lights, repairs, takedown and storage are inside that number, so nothing is added later.
Yes. Every package includes January takedown and storage, along with the design, the commercial-grade lights, installation and any repair all season. The lights come down as cleanly as they went up, with clips only, and go into our storage, ready for next season. There is nothing extra to pay when they come down.
No. We own the lights and lease them to you for the season, so there is nothing to buy, store or untangle. They are commercial-grade lights, measured and hung for your home, and in January they come down and go into our storage, ready to go back up next year.
A 50% deposit books your install date, and the balance is due at install. Send your address and you get your design and a firm price the same day, before you pay anything, and your install date is in writing on your estimate. Requesting an estimate does not commit you to purchase.
No. Your price is held for three seasons: next fall we offer the same design at this year’s price for 2027 and 2028, and nothing renews on its own. The same firm price covers the design, the lights, installation, repairs all season, January takedown and storage each year.
