This policy explains what Portland Christmas Lighting (Skyline Holiday Lighting LLC) collects through this website and how it is used.

Estimate form

When you submit the estimate form, Portland Christmas Lighting receives your name, phone number, ZIP code, preferred contact method, and anything else you choose to include, such as an email address or a description of your home. The request is stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, our website provider, and Trent is notified so he can follow up. It is also added to Jobber, the software we use to schedule visits and send quotes.

We use this information only to respond to your request and, if you book, to plan, install, maintain, and remove your display. It is not sold, and it is not shared with advertisers.

How long it is kept

If you don’t become a customer, your request is deleted within two years. If you do, we keep your contact and installation details while you are a customer so future seasons can be planned with you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Texts and email

If you agree on the estimate form, we send texts and emails about your request: a confirmation that it arrived, your walk-around time, follow-ups on your quote, and, after your install, a request for a review. Texts come from (503) 714-5120 and are sent through Quo, our phone provider; emails are sent through Resend. Message and data rates may apply, and how often you hear from us depends on your project. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help.

Your phone number and your consent to receive texts are never sold or shared with anyone for their own marketing.

Calls and photos

You can call or text Trent at (503) 714-5120 to discuss an estimate. This website does not accept photo uploads.

Website technology

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies. Cloudflare processes technical connection information, such as your IP address, to deliver and secure the site.
