The Estate package
The whole front, lit.
A lit roofline over a dark yard can look unfinished. The Estate package carries the light down into the garden, with wrapped trunks and branches, net lights over hedges and glowing spheres hung in bare trees.
We design the trees and shrubs together with the roofline, so the whole front of the house reads as one display. Have larger trees? Tell us at your visit and we’ll show you what’s possible in your design.

A mockup of your home, lit, with one firm price for each package, the same day we visit.

Book your date
A 50% deposit holds your install date, in writing. The balance is due at install.

Enjoy the season
We install, walk the lit house with you and text you a night photo. In January we take it all down and store it.
Which package includes trees and shrubs?
Estate. It lights your larger trees on top of everything in Signature: the rooflines, the garage door outline, a few small shrubs and stake lights along the walkway and driveway. Like every package, it includes the design, the lights, installation, repairs all season, January takedown and storage.
How much does tree and shrub lighting cost?
Most homes start at $999, and Estate is priced for your home and yard. You get one firm price in writing, the same day we visit, and it stays the same for three seasons.
Do tree lights hold up in Portland rain?
We hang commercial-grade lights built for outdoor use. If any lights go out during the season, call or text us and they’re fixed within 24 hours.
