The same day. Send your address, and then we text you a firm price the same day, with a mockup of your home lit. You can also preview your house lit on this page first: enter your address under Illuminate your home, and the preview is ready in about 20 seconds.

We do. The lights are leased to you for the season, so there is nothing to buy, store or untangle. A 50% deposit then books your install date, and the balance is due at install. Also, your price stays the same for three seasons.

Installs run from October 1 into mid-December, and same-week installs are also available. Your install date then goes in writing on your estimate. Earlier requests have more dates to choose from, and your lights stay up through the holidays until the January takedown.

No. We hang commercial-grade lights with clips only, along the gutters, shingles and peaks, with no nails or staples, so they come down cleanly in January. If anything is damaged, we fix it at our own cost.

Call or text Trent at (503) 714-5120. Outages are fixed by the next evening, all season, at no extra cost. If ice or high wind makes the roof unsafe, we fix it the first evening it is safe. After all, repairs are included in your price, along with the lights, installation, and January takedown and storage.

Not much with our bulbs. That is because each one draws 0.58 watts, per the supplier’s spec sheet. As a result, on our 4:30 to 11 pm timer, 100 bulbs use 0.377 kilowatt-hours a night, or 11.3 kWh over 30 nights. Then multiply by the rate per kWh on your electric bill to see your cost.

In January. We take everything down, label it and store it, so it is ready for next season. Takedown and storage are included in your price, and because we own the lights, there is nothing for you to box up or keep in the garage.
