SMS terms

These terms cover text messages from Portland Christmas Lighting (Skyline Holiday Lighting LLC), a holiday lighting design and installation company in Portland, Oregon. Texts come from (503) 714-5120.

What we text

Texts about your own lighting project: a confirmation that your estimate request arrived, the link to your lit picture if you asked for it, your price, your walk-around time, follow-ups on your quote, install and removal scheduling, and, after your install, a request for a review. We don’t send marketing blasts, and we don’t text anyone who hasn’t asked us to.

How you sign up

Texting is optional and is never required to get a quote or buy anything. You sign up by ticking the texting box on our estimate form, by entering your mobile number in the light preview on our homepage, or by asking Trent to text you on the phone or in person.

How often

Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts. We send one text to confirm, then no more. Reply START to sign up again. Reply HELP for help, or call (503) 714-5120.

The fine print

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and your consent to texts are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
